Slow Flow
This class is delivered in Vinyasa Style. Vinyasa means Water... so to flow like water and in this case slowly but purposefully and sensually to connect to the state of calm. To be more in the parasympathetic nervous system. The slower pace allows you to connect deeply with breath and focus more on centring and finding mental clarity. Life is so fast paced and most of us are living in a high state of consciousness . Stressed ! It takes discipline to slow down Slowing down is not always necessarily easy . This class may require longer hold which might make it more challenging .

This class is open to all levels.
Smooth Flow
This is a more energetic vinyasa flow . If your feeling flat , lethargic , cold , unmotivated and uninspired this is the class for you. Our smooth flow classes are at an upbeat pace but has pauses in the sequence to ground , centre or check in. A busy distracted mind will be forced to focus and be still as you engage with movement and breath .
Our smooth flow classes practice strength yet softness , subtle but strong. You may be given a few more challenging poses that are totally optional just to spice up your practice . Its great when we have something to work on and then we execute it perfectly.

This class is open to all levels and encourages you to honour your body and practice level in taking what you want and leaving what you don't want , just like in life itself.
Hatha
Hatha is a branch of yoga focusing on a slow, deliberate practice of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques ( pranayama) to balance the body and mind. The term "Hatha" in Sanskrit means "forceful" and combines "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon), symbolizing the balancing of vital energies. Modern Hatha yoga classes often emphasize holding poses for several breaths, making them a gentler and more accessible introduction for beginners and those seeking stress reduction.
Meditation / Pranayama
The Art of Breath - Natural breath , Usually effortless but is it? How deep are you breathing?Pranayama is Controlled breath . Ancient yogis taught prana (life-force) moves with breath; control it and you calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, and steady emotions. Modern science confirms stress reduction, better sleep, and improved heart-rate variability. Learn the art of breathing techniques such as breath retention, alternate nostril breathing, Ujaya breath, diaphragm breathing or belly breathing. Explore chakra meditation and guided prana body scan meditation. Meditation is allowing stillness of the mind and body without overthinking it. Use the breath as the ultimate distraction to lead you into a trance like state.

Pilates/Core
Blending this class with your existing yoga practice is perfect. Our Pilates main focus is on core, we believe a strong core is the true stability of your whole body especially your back /spine and your bodys natural endurance, however by adding light weights to your arms and ankles you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs . Certain positions and movements used to activate core rely on extremities to control &/or apply loads to the core and likewise will benefit from this class we have designed . We are using our own knowledge and personal experience to blend our own unique style of  a strength class that is not a gym work out but more focused on consistency to get those gains and compliment what we offer on the Yoga groove timetable already. You might even get in on the random plank challenge we offer .

Restore
Deep deep deep mind body experience. This class consists of slow movements that glide with your breath that are guided through longer holds and correct conscious breathing to movement, this is what makes it feel meditative . Tranquil and peaceful in your flow. There is more focus on letting go of deep held tension and resistance that has built up in the body and mind. This style is both peaceful and meditative but can sometimes be confronting. This practice is about reset to rejuvenate to re-energise. These postures are held long enough for what suits our students in the class at hand.
This class is opened for all .
