WAX ART READING with JOHN PAUL SUTTON (Medium)
CIRCLE OF JOY LED BY NEDINA
Come join us at Yoga Groove for a day filled with curiosity enlightenment , movement meditation and fun .
Our special guest John Paul Sutton has a very rare gift we would like to share with you.
Using only the wax colours you have chosen and a hot iron John creates a beautiful unique wax painting for you. John then carries out a personal reading explaining movements, images and colours emerging from your artwork.
You may find faces , animals and symbols that have special meaning to you .
Reading will be 15min.
Your painting is a lovely keep sake of this singular experience.
Reading type 1- John will explain your life journeys past present and future. Most people prefer this option for their first wax reading.
Reading type 2-This painting will explain the coming 12 months
Yoga and Meditation -While you are getting your wax art reading Nedina will be guiding the group through a gentle restore and a slow flow vinyasa yoga practice.
To finish we will slip away into a deep full body scan guided meditation with the sound bowls.
John will hold a short period for questions and answers while you enjoy dairy free gluten free refreshments.
